Hello

I see you posted needed a new maintainer and I don't mind helping

I probably would start a new 2.1.x branch for just 10.3 and 11 so that we can use typehints, php8.3 standards, attributes over annotations.

Currently help maintain 40+ modules and a few sub-components on core.
