Add the ability to log string translation calls

Problem/Motivation

Sometimes when we manage translations in the modules, we want to check for used and outdated translation strings. But this is not very easy to do without helpers :)

Proposed resolution

Would be great to implement a stub for the string translation service that can collect called translations and store them in the logs.
