Can you confirm you have the dbal module enabled?

It's not possible to check. After running composer, I ran update. Then the only messgae I got is: The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.
But:
I restored the backup. Then I installed dbal. Ran Drupal Update. Next: update to version 3.3.12. Ran Drupal Update. Clear cache. Now the site works OK. - π¦πΊAustralia larowlan π¦πΊπ.au GMT+10
I'm not sure how that would be possible as this module has always required the dbal module for the 3.x branch
Any chance you accidentally downgraded from 5.x to 3.x?
