h1 in banner is missing styles

Problem/Motivation

✨ Add heading level option to make it possible to add H1 to the pages Fixed added the option to use h1s in Banners. Doing this with the Canadian Colorway enabled results in broken styles.

Steps to reproduce

Set a banner to use h1.

Proposed resolution

Make the h1 styles match h2.
