It also happens with module releases. For example, for Monitoring module the last release available is 1.14 while last release is 1.17.

Mm... I've checked and Drupal core 10.4.4 is available in Simplytest. However, the module release I pointed out is not.
I think this can be closed as outdated.

10.4.4 is available but the current version is 11.1.4 which isn't.

Yes, you are right Drupal 11 is not available, I was focusing in the issue description and I totally forgot D11.
The issue seems active then.

Just to add another example, when I try to evaluate the trash module, only 3.0.8 is available, from October, even though the latest version is 3.0.18 as of this comment.

GuzzleHttp\Exception\ClientException: Client error: `GET https://www.drupal.org/api-d7/node.json?field_project_machine_name=drupal_next` resulted in a `403 Forbidden` response: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/ (truncated...) in GuzzleHttp\Exception\RequestException::create() (line 113 of /app/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Exception/RequestException.php).
I think we got banned from the API.

Specifying a user-agent for requests and passing it along to the DA https://github.com/simplytestme/website/pull/479

I've noticed the 403 errors have stopped. I checked the Trash module and looks like we're back getting releases!
