It is not clear to which project this issue is referring, but Drupal site moderators do not opt projects into security advisory policy. That is a task for the project maintainers.

On User Account module dashboard page, we can see a notification that the project is not covered by Drupal security advisory policy. Also on Bug report we can see 0 open bug. Please look into this matter and try to resolve as soon as possible. Because we want to stable release a tag 1.1.1 which is covered by the security advisory policy of drupal.

Site moderators do not opt projects into security advisory coverage; that is a task for the project maintainers. If project maintainers are not able to opt the project into security advisory coverage, they need to follow Apply for permission to opt into security advisory coverage → .
