Drupal 11 compatibility for submodules

Problem/Motivation

The sub-modules do not seem to be marked as compatible with Drupal 11. Perhaps as easy as + " || ^11"?

Steps to reproduce

Install latest version of module
Visit the extend page and see message "This version is not compatible with Drupal 11.1.4 and should be replaced." on the submodules (accordion, alert, etc.)

Proposed resolution

For now at least add the " || ^11" and fix any bugs.

Will admit I've not paid much attention to this module as I've moved to components https://www.drupal.org/project/ui_suite_uswds_paragraphs → but will do a release!
