Fix ui_icons_patterns dependency

Problem/Motivation

Currently 1.0.x-dev will not install with composer because of wrong dependency on ui_icons_patterns:ui_icons_patterns that should be ui_icons:ui_icons_patterns.

Steps to reproduce

composer require drupal/ui_suite_olivero:1.0.x-dev

Will raise:

- drupal/ui_suite_olivero dev-1.0.x requires drupal/ui_icons_patterns-ui_icons_patterns * -> could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name

It's minor as it's only for dev, but could be good to fix before 11.x compatible release.
