Request for 'confirmed' user role

I am facing an issue where my account is not fully confirmed, and I am seeing the message: "Your account is not yet confirmed and has some limitations." This is preventing me from releasing a version for my Drupal. I have confirmed my email, but the limitations still apply. Please look into this matter and try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
