Do not add a duplicate of the Search block to the first sidebar

Created an MR to fix this issue, please review.

Attach a static patch file with the fix to make it possible to use in composer in a safe way until 🐛 GitLab Merge Requests Unable to Generate Incremental Patch Files Active is resolved.

On Standard Drupal also two search are visible
The MR is applied successfully...

With MR there is only one search bar is available.
