Step to reproduce
Visit or this page (Elements API page of Drupal 10)

Expected result
The page has the list of Form Elements the same as the "Elements API page of Drupal 8/9" has, see
https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/elements/8.9.x
https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/elements/9
Actual result
The Form Elements list is missing on the page.
The situation is aggravated by the fact that on the "Form Render Elements" page is the following prompt:
"You can also get a relevance list on the the Elements API page.", see

The issue seems to exist in both Drupal 10.x and 11.x.
Could someone share any inputs or direction on how to resolve?
