Problem/Motivation

Several errors and warnings are reported by eslint CI job.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  • Add an eslint.config.js to exclude js/build/inlineQuote.js from being checked since it is an aggregation of other files made by webpack.
  • Fix warnings and errors related to other files
