Ability to hide and replace the help text

Problem/Motivation

We should be able to hide or replace the help text under any field where we set the text limit. Currently it is showing in format like You have of 100 characters remaining. which is misleading if the text counts not vary when typing in field.

Proposed resolution

Add two checkboxes in form display to hide and replace features.
