Upgrade to version 2 deletes existing permissions

Is this the same issue as:
https://www.drupal.org/project/nodeaccess/issues/3511078 🐛 Updating from 1.x to 2.0.1@alpha purges settings and grant field data Active

If so we should also mark one of these as closed (duplicate).
