Add option to group selected filters by label

Problem/Motivation

Currently, all selected filters in Views Filters Summary are displayed on the same line, without any distinction between different filter groups. This can make the summary harder to read and less user-friendly, especially when multiple filters are applied.

Proposed resolution

I have added an option to the ViewsFiltersSummary plugin to group selected filters by their corresponding label. This allows for better readability and organization of the applied filters.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a Views Filters Summary in your view.
2. Apply multiple filters with different labels.
3. Notice that all selected filters appear in a single line, without grouping.

Steps to test the patch

1. Apply the patch.
2. Enable the “Display labels” option (this is required to activate “Group values by label”).
3. Enable “Group values by label” in Views Filters Summary settings.
4. Apply multiple filters with different labels.
5. Check that the selected filters are now grouped under their respective labels.
