Problem/Motivation

The module Disclosure title for the Config Pull Request GitLab Support is currently "BitBucket controller for Config Pull Request module."

Steps to reproduce

Go to /admin/modules, search for config and look for "Config Pull Request GitLab Support"

Proposed resolution

Rename the Disclosure title / summary for the Gitlab sub module
