Remove Drupal version compatibility note from project page

Project page states:

Drupal version compatibility
Please note: CivicTheme is not currently compatible with Drupal 10.4. This notice will be removed once compatibility is achieved.

I think it is compatible with 10.4 now?

Less clear to me is compatibility with 11. Seems that there are compatibility issues in dependencies that would be worth surfacing on the project page to avoid people wasting their time with CivicTheme in D11 at this time.

    Hi @jdleonard thanks for your helpful comments on this ticket.
    There are still compatibility issues with the colour generator for CivicTheme on Drupal 10.4, so I won't be removing the note about that. I will however add a note about compatibility issues with D11. We are working on these issues at present FYI, and hope to have them resolved in the next release, which should be in the next two weeks. As such I'm closing this ticket.
