Use the ParentEntityAwareTrait, instead of residing on the workaround configuration "commerce_shipping_method_id"

Problem/Motivation

We originally thought, we don't have access to the parent entity (condition target), but it is actually possible through a trait!
This is the original issue: 🐛 ConditionBase should provide a way to access the target entity the condition applies to Active .
