  • JD - Schedule asynchronous Slack meeting 1 week from today
  • JD - Create Google Drive folder and share with collaborators
  • JD - Create a Google Doc for assembling information about existing solutions
  • JD - Solicit project names on Slack and move toward a decision
  • JD - Socialize/publicize the document we refined today to solicit any remaining wisdom out there
  • JD - Draft a high-level description of MVP and rough milestones thereafter to get folks excited and thinking about requirements and socialize for feedback
  • JD - Survey my list of 50 NAs in Austin to understand how they currently manage their memberships, how they would like to manage their memberships, and details about the requirements for their memberships (realistically ask for their bylaws so I can distill)
  • JD - More explicitly solicit contributors for specific roles
  • Ashraf and Brian - Perform some competitor research
  • Evaluate LocalGovDrupal
