Group filter theme is not being updated properly with Automated list theme

Problem/Motivation

When an Automated list displays exposed filters, and the `Dark` theme is selected for the Automated list, the theme isn't applied properly to the Group filter.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an Automated list with exposed filters (default theme is set as `Light`)
  2. Update the theme on the list to `Dark`

Observed

Two different outcomes have been observed in dev:
1. The background updates, presume this is because this is part of the Auto list, but the filters do not. Meaning the text is not accessible.
2. The background of the list did not update at all, only the heading from the Auto list updated. Seen highlighted with my cursor in the screenshot.

Expected

The Group filter theme should update as part of the Automated list theme.
The heading, summary and background of the Automated list should update.
