Label behaves differently for a phone field with international validation enabled

Problem/Motivation

When I add international support / validation to a phone field, the label is displayed in front of the field.
All other labels are displayed above the field.

Steps to reproduce

Create a form with some fields and a phone field with international phone numbers / validation.
View the form.

Proposed resolution

Maybe it's because of the HTML of the class="iti iti--allow-dropdown"?
