Problem/Motivation

Updating the dev version of the module on our site today saw a WSOD and this error:
Too few arguments to function Drupal\translatable_menu_link_uri\LinkIterator::__construct()

Proposed resolution

Having looked at the code, it looks like the committed code in issue #3504526 🐛 Class "Drupal\translatable_menu_link_uri\Url" not found Active introduced a bug where a token parameter was introduced to the constructor; however the token service also needs passing in the services.yml file.
