The navigation block titles have a too low color contrast with 3.9:1 (rgb(121,130,145)/rgb(255,255,255)), 4.5:1 are required at least.
Active the title for a navigation block by going to admin/config/user-interface/navigation-block and configure a navigation block (hover over a navigation block in the navigation sidebar on the left, so a contextual link shows up)
Increase the color contrast to at least 4.5:1
