Remove requesterCallback parameter

Problem/Motivation

The module sends "requesterCallback" and "httpDestinations" to the translation service. From my perspective, this generates unnecessary traffic to the Drupal site. CallbackController::success logs only a message, and I do not see any value in this—only unnecessary requests.
I received confirmation from the Etarslaction helpdesk that the "requesterCallback" parameter is optional for both text snippets and documents.

Proposed resolution

Do not send the "requesterCallback" parameter. Remove the "tmgmt_ec_etranslation.success" route and its related code.
