Community events page map shows only Europe/North America events

The map shows me events from all the world.

The issue is that the same map is shown when I filter the events for Australia. I would expect the map to show only events for the place I selected.

As a side note, when I filter for Camp and Australia, the map does not reflect that. I take the map is not supposed to change basing on the filter criteria.
