Implement a custom hook to allow other modules to override the page_url in nodeView

A new hook have been added for blocks:

hook_better_social_sharing_buttons_block_items_alter

I have some work to do on
✨ Allow weights for social media items Active
✨ Refactor the share buttons template Active

That may impact this request and I'd like to get those done first.

The work that I needed to do on the other issues is now complete in the new 5.x branch. I did make changes to the config form and the block form, which will affect this MR.
