A week has passed, still no response from the project's maintainers.
If there is still no response next week, I'll move the issue to https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/projectownership →

Attempts to reach out to the maintainer of this project started back on 2024/12/6. I only got involved a few weeks ago, but there has been no response to this request after 2 weeks either.
As I have required security related requirements, I'd like to take over maintaining this module so a release for D10 can be created.

This is the message I sent.
Hello Karthikeyan,
I am contacting you because Kevin ( https://www.drupal.org/u/kreynen → ) offered to become maintainer for Edit UUID ( https://www.drupal.org/project/edit_uuid → ), a project you created for which you are project owner and maintainer.
May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3504391 📌 Offering to maintain Edit UUID Needs review about accepting or declining the offer? Please do not reply via email; we need a reply on the offer issue.
Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Kevin will be probably made maintainer.Project moderators will not remove the existing maintainers/co-maintainers; the project owner will not be replaced either. Maintainers cannot change the project owner; co-maintainers/maintainers can only be removed/added by people who have the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers.
As last note: This offer is about being maintainer, which is different from being co-maintainer. A maintainer is a person who has all the drupal.org permissions on a project: Write to VCS, Edit project, Administer maintainers, Maintain issues, Administer releases. A person who does not have all those permissions is a co-maintainer.
If there is any reason for not giving all those permissions, please explain that on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3504391 📌 Offering to maintain Edit UUID Needs review . We need this to know it was intentional and not a misunderstanding on what the offer required.Best regards,
Alberto Paderno

Please post a comment after 14 days, if your offer has not been declined. It will show you are still interested in maintaining this project and it will serve as reminder an action is required for this offer. - 🇺🇸United States kreynen
Since multiple people have been making attempts to contact Karthikeyan for months through every channel possible, I'm going to assume you are not going to get a response either.
If there is no response, is there anything else that needs torelease.
I created MR for the pending RBTC issues. As soon as I am given the permissions, I'll merge those and role a working D10 release.

Usually, they reply when contacted from a project moderator. If they do not reply, I made the changes described in the message I send them.

I would really like to move this forward and get a D10 compatible release packaged this week with the fixes that are already RTBC and queued up with MRs in GitLab.
Not sure if this was the right thing to do to get eyes on this, but I've changed the status to Active.
