Make content suggestion sidebars less "cluttered", easier.

added an implementation with JS.
(all keeps working without JS).

So two changes in this one:

1. All fields selected by default
2. Added some Javascript for cleaner interface (hide the selects and toggle on click)

Goal: editors have an easier, less cluttered experience using AI.

I added some comments, just NIT mostly, but still better to have it cleaner.

Resolved the comments that made sense, the hyperlink one I think should not happen.

(and pulled in 1.0.x so that we dont bump into other merge conflicts)

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.

We are doing some issue management housekeeping and adding/removing components.

We are removing the "Other Submodules" component and want people to categorize issues with the best module/submodule component.

Moving this issue to "AI Core module" as this affected many submodules as well as core code.
