Content count report for paragraphs entity types

Problem/Motivation

As a content manager I would like to know how paragraphs are being used on the site.

See ✨ Content count reports for other entity types Active as a reference It will mainly just need a entity type name change and the supporting report text, however there may be some differences due to the way paragraphs are stored and accessed.
