Where is dev version 2.2?

Problem/Motivation

It seems strange that there are these versions on the project page:

2.2.3 Stable release
2.1.3 Stable release
2.1.x-dev

I discovered this, since I wanted to get a dev version of 2.2.x, but can't find it ..

Steps to reproduce

Visit the project page and see two official releases, very close to each other in version, and a dev version for the oldest branch.

Proposed resolution

2.2.3 Stable release <<< KEEP THIS ONE
2.1.3 Stable release <<< REMOVE THIS ONE FROM PROJECT PAGE
2.1.x-dev <<< BUMP UP TO 2.2.x

I fixed the two first points

2.2.3 Stable release <<< KEEP THIS ONE

2.1.3 Stable release <<< REMOVE THIS ONE FROM PROJECT PAG

The third one need someone that can change branch settings access to make the 2.2.x as default branch.
