DrupalCMS error on accessing Extend

Problem/Motivation

Getting following error in visiting administrator-->Extend page

Error message

Steps to reproduce

1) Login into the admin panel.
2) Go on Extend from left menu.
3) Access Browse tab and see the error.

Proposed resolution

Should work without any error.

PHP 8.3
Mysql 8.0
Installed DrupalCMS 1.0.1 on a shared hosting environment in a sub-directory.
