Offering to maintain Aemet

I would like to maintain this module developing a code from scratch that:

1. Abstracts from Aemet data structures so changes in structure do not change the methods used out of services.
2. Uses SDC components to theme with latest Drupal best practices.
3. Is extensible for more endpoints.
