Update gitlab-ci to allow installing masquerade_log module in automated tests.

Problem/Motivation

While creating a merge request for 🐛 Masquerade Log module incompatible with masquerade version 8.x-2.0-rc4 and earlier Active I found that the gitlab-ci configuration is set to use latest versions of Drupal that this module is not compatible with due to it's dependecy on masquerade version 2.0.0-rc4.

Update the gitlab-ci.yml file to allow running multiple versions of drupal core.
