Problem/Motivation

Drupal 11 adds additional parameter to ConfigImporter:

Class Drupal\Core\Config\ConfigImporter constructor invoked with 10  
         parameters, 11 required.                 
 Line   src/Commands/ConfigImportSingleCommands.php

Steps to reproduce

Install latest version of Drupal and this module.

Proposed resolution

Update module to account for additional parameter.
This may require a minor release of this module and changing the minimum core version.
