Problem/Motivation

After updating Dashboard 2.1.8

I'm hitting the following error

Did you mean this: "module_handler"?" at /app/core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php line 159

Proposed resolution

Change module.handler to module_handler
