Adjust browse projects page

The Drupal CMS browse projects page colours are not all set correctly with xClaro.

Add CSS the proper CSS declaration to make the browse projects page more dark friendly.

Note that the issue is not Drupal CMS specific. Any module pages displayed in dark mode may need some overrides.
