remove wrongly created zaya_site recipe

When trying to create a recipe available in drupal.org and acquirable via composer, I have created a module project named zaya_site: https://www.drupal.org/project/zaya_site → . When I saw that I cannot obtain it, I inspected velir_base recipe ( https://www.drupal.org/project/velir_base → ) and saw it was a general project instead, so I have created this zaya_project ( https://www.drupal.org/project/zaya_project → ) to be the recipe project.
It's working as it should now, so I can obtain the recipe using composer.

So , please, zaya_site module project https://www.drupal.org/project/zaya_site → could be deleted .
