Token browser not limited to current entity

Problem/Motivation

When using the token browser it shows all tokens available in the site rather than just the tokens appropriate for the specific entity type the field is attached to (and the global tokens).

Proposed resolution

The token browser only shows global tokens and tokens relevant for the field's entity type.

Pass the entity type into the token.

The MR changes the "#token_types" value from "all" to use the field's entity type, and it works in my local testing.
