Manually convert ckeditor5_drupalelementstyle_test_ckeditor5_plugin_info_alter

I did my initial testing on the meta for this module.

Wrong file name, should work now.

Seems like a good conversion.

Thought we no longer needed the cspell ignore because the method name changed, but we still need it for the class docblock.
