Add button to rebuild audit table using batch API

The thing that makes this a bit more complicated is that there are actually two queues that are needed to run

1. atv_entity_types
2. atv_entity_instances

Running the first one, creates the second one.

@nidhi27 This works amazing. Fantastic work.
I see a couple things I want to change like the path to the new route and the associated permission, but otherwise it is perfect.
The linter is complaining about some code style issues. I will clean these up. Again well done and thank you so much for taking this on.

This has been resolved and will go out with the next release.
