Add field config settings form on questions

Problem/Motivation

If a person asks a question about a specific form, we are currently feeding the set configuration to them. However the question might be directed on what you can actually change, rather then what is set.

An example is on the link field, where you might want to ask what options are available it can not do it at the moment.

Also TranslatableMarkup are not being passed as context to the form contextualization function, it needs to specifically be set as string.

Proposed resolution

Add the configuration form as context on questions about a specific field.
Add the configuration form as context on questions about a specific field type.
Add (string) to TranslatableMarkup so they do get rendered in context.
