To ensure we get the Olivero components in by 10 Jan, we should park some CSS cleanup that would be nice to have.

This issue serves as a place to call out any improvements to make the CSS more consistent across components, etc.
Note any styling improvements on this issue and link this issue from any other issue where the code is being worked on for launch, so we know we can work on post-launch CSS issues here.
The UI shouldn't change... this is a DX improvement.

Also worth checking preprocessing. e.g. We might have used a preprocess because there wasn't a template, but later a template gets added. We could roll that into this issue.
We won't do any further development on Olivero (unless it's a bug fix!).
