Remove the XB demo from the 1.0.x branch

After discussion between myself, @tim.plunkett, @pameeela, the XB maintainer team, and Dries, it has been decided to not ship the XB demo in Drupal CMS 1.0.0. There is just too much that is not ready, and not enough time to get it all presentable before our commit freeze.

To compensate, Drupal CMS will release 1.1.0 in February 2025, and that will contain the XB demo.

Therefore, in this issue, we should remove the XB demo entirely from the 1.0.x branch, which is our current release branch. The 1.x branch will be unaffected by this change, and components will continue to be committed to it. The Olivero components for XB will also be removed from 1.0.x, and not committed to that branch going forward.
