The label is null on Content Type overrides

Problem/Motivation

For sticky, published and promoted to the first page, we are createing base field overrides. They have a null label when generated by the Content Type agent, but this value should be set.

Currently Drupal CMS on the page Manage Form fails due to this label missing.

Proposed resolution

Check how the NodeTypeForm adds or gets the label value and set it.
Do a configuration validation before saving it.
