Download button text color is same as background color after click " Download Drupal CMS zip" button so the button text is not visibile.
1. https://new.drupal.org/drupal-cms/release-candidate
2. Find "Try it out locally" section.
3. Click on "Download Drupal CMS zip"
4. Now check the "Download Drupal CMS zip" button
Button text color should be white.
