Problem/Motivation

Submenu items are not accessible.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme.
Create the menu and add some submenu items to it.
Go to the homepage and access the submenu items.
For more clarity, refer to the attached screenshot.

Proposed resolution

On hovering over the parent menu, the submenu items should appear.
