Submenu items are not accessible

Problem/Motivation

Submenu items are not accessible.

Steps to reproduce

• Install the theme.
• Create the menu and add some submenu items to it.
• Go to the homepage and access the submenu items.
• For more clarity, refer to the attached screenshot.

Proposed resolution

On hovering over the parent menu, the submenu items should appear.
