Problem/Motivation

In version 3.5.0 of Admin Toolbar when going to the following path /admin/config/user-interface/admin-toolbar-tools the error shown in the image appears.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install module in version 3.5.0
2. Go to /admin/config/user-interface/admin-toolbar-tools
3. Active "Enable/Disable local tasks display"
4. Save configuration.
