Update for Drupal 11 release

Problem/Motivation

I am on D11 installation, and checking if pbf is already can be used in project. So for installation, the release is not yet available.

Steps to reproduce

Go to pbf module page https://www.drupal.org/project/pbf → and find the release for Drupal 11

Proposed resolution

Need the maintainer's help to prepare the first release for Drupal 11 pbf module
