Problem/Motivation

- drupal/gin 4.0.0 requires drupal/gin_toolbar ^1.0@beta -> found drupal/gin_toolbar[1.0.0] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^2.0).

Steps to reproduce

composer require drupal/gin:^4.0 drupal/gin_toolbar:^2.0 -W
