Allow enabling/disabling the sharing buttons per node

Willing to work on this if you think it would be a nice addition to have to this module.

MR is ready for review.

Added a custom permission to authorize the user to change the buttons display state per node.

It may be a little while (a couple of weeks or so) until I do a release as I'm trying to address more issues as time permits.
